The couriers branch is not currently able to help with gig platform de-activations such as Deliveroo or Uber Eats. As a union we are shifting more resources towards fighting for greater rights so we can better challenge deactivations in the long run. Any other contractual issues can still be dealt with by the legal department after 2 months of membership in the usual way.
